The HELIX NJ will consist of 3 buildings, with each configured uniquely. H-1 is the first to rise, with H-2 and H-3 soon following. The three buildings will provide 1.5 million square feet of multifaceted, state-of-the-art environments supporting the gamut of health and life science organizations and professions.

H1: Translational research space, the Rutgers medical school, and the New Jersey Innovation Hub.

H2: The new 350,000 square foot home of Nokia Bell Labs.

H3: Versatile work and office spaces for smaller organizations on the bottom floors, topped by residential.

The HELIX NJ strategically offers a selection of cutting edge environments, with each designed to serve a specific function for innovation. From start-up footprints to major headquarters, independent research to comprehensive laboratory operations, environments are packaged to meet the needs of each specific HELIX NJ organization.

Answering the rising demand for R&D spaces, The Helix NJ will provide state-of-the-art laboratories for individuals, small organizations, and industry leading companies. In H-1 alone, the first building to open, The Helix NJ will deliver over 300 dry labs and over 900 wet labs.

Lobbies, outside spaces, auditoriums, stages, and assembly halls are all designed to be multi-purpose, supporting the activities of small collaborative groups to larger audiences for more robust events.

H-3 at The Helix NJ will be a 42-story, mixed-use building that will include 37 floors of residential, totalling approximately 220 units of housing.
